What we collect

We collect the account information you provide, calendar and task data you choose to sync, and usage signals that help us improve Sked. If you connect integrations, we store the access tokens and metadata required to keep them running.

How we use it

Data is used to operate core features such as scheduling, reminders, and AI planning. We also use it to support customer requests, fix bugs, and understand what to build next.

Sharing

We only share data with trusted vendors that power Sked (hosting, analytics, payments). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of Sked and its users.

Security

We use modern encryption, access controls, and monitoring to keep your data secure. No system is perfect, but we invest continuously in hardening our infrastructure.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data except where retention is required for legal or operational reasons.

Your choices

You can update your profile, export data, or delete your account at any time in the app. Reach out if you need help accessing or removing your data.
